A motivational road safety lecture was organised by Asha Chinh at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. Mr. Dhruv Dahiya, additional deputy commissioner of police (ADCP, Traffic) and Dr. Rajinder Chawla, Chaiman of "Asha Chinh" were the spokespersons.
